Discover the benefits of raw food and learn raw food preparation, while enjoying a
relaxing get-away in Friesland. A two day residential course where you can learn
all about the raw food lifestyle including hands-on sessions and demonstrations,
and receive lifestyle support and information. There is also the chance to relax and
rejuvenate, by enjoying the surrounding nature and water, the herb (permaculture)
garden, and indulging in the sauna, or one of the massage therapies available at the
venue! We also start each morning with Yoga!
